3. Learned AGA argues opposing the petition.
4. Subject appeal is pending before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Hassan, since 2016. Therefore, Deputy Director of Land Records, Hassan, is directed to dispose of the appeal, on merits, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Petition disposed of.
No costs.
