ORDER Pursuant to previous order dated 10.07.2019, the Commissioner for Public Instructions Mr. Jagadeesha .K.G. is present in the Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents has filed statement of objections on behalf of official respondents.
3. Respondent No.6 on instructions, submitted that petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and retired from the service on 30.06.2019 and retired benefits have also settled.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the present petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
