Somayaji, Advocate for R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the notice dated 18.12.2018 issued by R-2 at Annexure-B and grant an interim order to stay operation of the notice dated 18.12.2018 issued by R-2 vide Annexure-B.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner has filed a memo date 25.03.2019 seeking to withdraw the petition.
2. In light of the memo, petitioner is permitted to withdraw and accordingly, petition is disposed of.
3. Though the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge by way of appropriate proceedings, the impugned action of respondent No.2. However, in light of the fact that the proceedings pursuant to Annexure-B have been proceeded with and no interim order was passed. Liberty as sought for is rejected.
