PRAYING TO SET ASIDE THE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PETITIONERS VIDE FIRST INFORMATION REPORT IN CRIME NO.127/14 DATED 26.04.2014 BY THE R.T.NAGAR POLICE.
THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No.127/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 448 read with Section 34 of IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submit that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer has submitted ‘B’ report and the same is accepted by the learned Magistrate.
4. Submission of the learned counsel is placed on record. In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2014 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
