ORDER Shri M. Raghavendra Achar, learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 31.10.2019 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition.
2. Memo reads as follows:
“The Petitioner in the above writ Petition has challenged R.R.T. but, the facts was not incorporated in the above Writ Petition. It requires much more amendments to be stated. Instead of making amendment to the main petition, the Petitioner seeks leave this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh W.P.” (sic) 3. In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
No costs.
