ORDER In this matter, the learned Additional Government Advocate would submit that with reference to mis-match between Column No.3 and Column No.9 of RTC is already corrected and necessary orders are passed. The communication of the Tahsildar, Bangalore South Taluk, dated 24.07.2019 received by the learned Additional Government Advocate is filed along with memo and the same is taken on record.
2. Hence, this Court would direct the concerned Assistant Director of Land Records and Deputy Director of Land Records, Bengaluru, to complete the podi and durasti work within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that if such work is not done within eight weeks, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the contempt Court for non-compliance of this order.
With such observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
