ORDER Petitioner has sought for the following relief:
“To allow the petition and set aside the order 17.10.2019 made in Crl.A.No.89/2019 by the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Davanagere directing the petitioner to deposit 50% of the fine amount.”
2. On perusal of the records, it is evident that the Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Davanagere has exercised its discretionary power in asking the petitioner to deposit 50% of the fine amount.
3. There is no infirmity so as to modify the order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Crl.A.89/2019.
Accordingly, petition stands dismissed.
