O R D E R The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 15.05.2013 impugned at Annexure-A to the petition.
2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, the Committee has been constituted for a period of three years with effect from 15.05.2013. This Court at the first instance has not interfered with the order dated 15.05.2013 impugned herein.
3. If that be the position, the period of three years for which the Committee was constituted has lapsed and in that light, the prayer made in this petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
