ORDER Sri.Satish, learned counsel for Sri.K.V.Narasimhan, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri.B.Pramod, learned counsel for the respondent.
The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia seeks quashment of order dated 18.02.2019.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for respondent has produced a copy of communication dated 01.04.2019, which is placed on record.
4. From perusal of the aforesaid communication, it is evident that the order dated 18.02.2019 has been withdrawn by the respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
