THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO FINALIZE THE ALLOTMENT AND LEASING THE PROPOSE LAND OF 0.35 GUNTAS AT SY NO.8 VADDARAPALYA, HOSAKEREHALLI, UTTARAHALLI HOBLI, BANGALORE FORTHWITH AT THE EARLIEST AS PER ANNEXURE-K DATED 05/05/2004 AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Prakash T.Hebbar, learned counsel for Sri.A.V.Amarnathan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent to finalise the allotment and leasing the propose land of 0-35 guntas at Sy.No.8 Vaddarapalya, Hosakerehalli, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore forthwith at the earliest as per Annexure-K dated 05.05.2004.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that nothing survives for consideration in this petition as the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered vide order dated 19.03.2018.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
