O R D E R Defendant No.4 in O.S.No.3236 of 2010 on the file of the City Civil Judge, Bengaluru, has come up in this writ petition impugning the order dated 25.11.2015 passed on I.A.No.6.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.3236/2010 is looked into in the website of City Civil Court, Bengaluru. It is seen that O.S.No.3236/2010 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 24.10.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
