It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner who is a tenant filed this Writ Petition seeking release of new power supply service connection and since the petitioner vacated the premises, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
