4. The Revenue Inspector, Kasaba Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumkur District.
5. Sri. Nagaraju S/o late Chikkarangaiah, Age in Major, Occ: Coolie, R/o Kittadakuppe, Surigenahalli Kaval, Kasaba Hobli, Gubbi Taluk, Tumkur District.
6. Sri. Mansoor Khadar Mohiddin S/o B.N. Shamshuddin, Kayipete, Gubbi, Tumkur District. ... Respondents (Smt.Savithramma, HCGP for R1 to R4; Sri.R.V.Ramesh Kumar, Adv., for R5; Respondent No.6 is served) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him in PTCL.4/08-09 within 3 months and further direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the I.A. for stay filed by the petitioners in appeal vide annexures B & C respectively.
These Petitions are coming on for ‘preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Matter was called out in the forenoon session. On perusing the relief sought for in the writ petition, it is found that petitioners are seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to 1st respondent to hear and dispose of the pending appeal.
2. The Writ petition being of 2013, the learned HCGP was asked to secure instructions as to whether appeal is still pending.
3. The case is called out again in the afternoon.
4. Learned HCGP submits that on verification she has been informed that appeal has been disposed of on 17.09.2014.
In that view of the matter, writ petitions stand disposed of for having been rendered infructous.
