THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner is before this Court assailing the endorsement dated 29.05.2017 at Annexure-H to the petition. The petitioner is also seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to release the payments for the bills submitted by him.
2. Though contentions have been urged in the petition, the need to advert to the same at this juncture does not arise, in view of the memo dated 12.10.2017 filed by the learned Government Advocate.
3. Along with a memo, an official memorandum dated 11.10.2017 is enclosed to indicate that the request of the petitioner has been considered and an appropriate decision has been taken to release the amount. If that be the position, the prayer as made in the petition does not arise for consideration at this stage.
4. The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any further grievance arises in future.
