Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to declare that the action of the respondents to demolish the portion of the building existing on the schedule property to this writ petition without following the mandatory provisions contained under “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013” and payment of compensation as provided therein as one without jurisdiction and without authority of law and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 20.10.2014 seeking withdrawal of this writ petition insofar as petitioner No.1 is not pressing the common petitions in W.P. Nos.47037-47039/2014 & W.P.Nos.47041- 45/2014.
The memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
