SPP for R-1; R-2 served and unreprsented) ...Respondents This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to quash the proceedings pending in PCR No. 32/2010, FIR No.120/2011 in C.C.No. 123/2012 filed by Respondent No.2 pending on the file of the Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Dn.,) & J.M.F.C., Hoskote, against the petitioner for the offences P/U/S 143, 147, 323, 504, 307, 465, 467, 420, 193, 194, 211, 114 r/w 149 of IPC and all further proceedings in the said case against the petitioners.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Even on the previous dates of hearing, on 22.04.2019, 15.04.2019 and on 11.04.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent indicating that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
