Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that the Court below be directed to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.20 of 2013 (Sri Lilanand Thakur Vs. Mahesh Chand Sharma) pending in the Court of Khafifa Civil Judge (J.D.), Mathura expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner urged that the court below may be directed to decide the Suit as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.
Accordingly, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid Suit expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are directed to cooperate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid Suit and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
