ORDER:
The petitioners are unified transport Contractors of respondent No.1- Corporation in respect of Jangaon, Mahabubabad, Narsampet, Parkal, Mulugu, Warangal-I and Warangal-II Divisions.
At the hearing, it is conceded by learned Counsel for both the parties that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is similar to that raised in W.P.No.30837 of 2014, which was disposed of on 15-10-2014, by this Court.
Following the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that the directions and observations contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of this Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.38995 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
