List alongwith record of writ petition No. 5225 of 2007 decided on 1.2.2007.
Primafacie we are of the opinion that this is second writ petition and is not maintainable. However, the learned counsel for he petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 1.2.2007 the petitioners have deposited the entire amount which was mentioned the recovery citation of said writ petition. Now the recovery citation has been issued to them and the petitioners were nothing to do with the said recovery proceeding.
List in the next cause list.
