RESPONDENT THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 439 OF CR.P.C. PRAYING TO ENLARGE THE PETITIONER ON BAIL IN CR.NO.258/2016 OF PUTTUR TOWN POLICE STATION, D.K. AND C.C.NO.739/2017, FOR THE OFFENCE P/U/S 302 AND 392 OF IPC.
THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, a direction may be given to the Sessions Court to expedite the trial though the incident is of the year 2016, till date matter is not committed to the Sessions Court.
In the light of the above statement, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
2. The Principal District and sessions Judge at D.K. is directed to monitor the committal of the case to the Sessions court immediately, and the Sessions court shall expedite the trial.
Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to move fresh bail petition after the material witnesses are examined.
