...Respondents (By Smt.Pramodini Kishan, AGA for respondents) This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner institution to pay examination fee for the students who are studying in the petitioner institution for the period 2015-2017 for 2 years ITI course as per the report submitted by the respondents at Annexure-C to the examination to be schedule to be held in the month of August 2017 for the academic year 2015-2017 scheduled to be held on 28.8.2017 for electrician and fitter and etc.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, as relief sought for by the petitioner herein has already been granted by the respondent-Authorities.

In the circumstances, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
