Admit on the following substantial questions of law:
1-Whether the suit is barred by Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963?
2-Whether the suit is barred by Article 59 of the Limitation Act, 1963?
3-Whether the appellate authority is legally justified in declaring the sale deed dated 24.12.1974 as null and void?
Issue notice. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondent by registered post.
List this case after six weeks.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 14.2.2012 passed in Civil Appeal No. 123 of 2010 (Smt. Gomti Vs. Lakshmi) shall remain stayed.
