ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Ref.D/906/2014, dated 07.10.2014 of respondent No.3.
Having regard to the nature of the allegations on which the impugned order of suspension was passed by respondent No.3, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order at this stage. However, respondent No.3 is directed to hold an impartial inquiry wherein he shall give an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass a final order in the light of the views expressed by this Court in Thyrumala Setty Phanindra V. District Collector (CS),

Guntur District and others within a period of two
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.39845 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
