THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE LETTER DATED 21.10.2017 ISSUED BY R-5 AT ANNEX-G. DIRECT R-2, 3 AND 5 TO CONSIDER AND PASS APPROPRIATE ORDER ON THE REPRESENTATION MADE BY THE PETITIONER DATED 2.3.2018 AT ANNEX-L & ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 to consider the representation dated 02.03.2018 contained in Annexure-L submitted by the petitioner and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
With regard to the other reliefs which have been claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
