JUDGMENT This Court on 21.03.2018 granted one week time to furnish process fee, correct address, etc. for issue of notice to respondent. The same was not done and the matter was listed on 25.01.2019. Again, a weeks’ time was granted to take steps. As the appellant failed to take steps, again, the appeal was listed on 15.04.2019. On that day, finally two weeks time was granted to take steps for service of notice in respect of respondent No.1. Again the appellant failed to take steps. Hence, the appeal is listed today for taking steps in respect of unserved respondent.
2. There is no representation for the appellant in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session.
3. Appeal stands dismissed for not taking steps for service of notice on the respondent.
