O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that, after investigation the respondent police have filed the charge sheet against the petitioner/accused. Hence, he prays to withdraw this petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.
The said memo is placed on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.
