ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondent No.1.
2. The plea of the petitioners is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 19.04.2017 vide Annexures – G1 to G3.
3. It is needless to state that some breathing time is required for the respondents to respond to such representations. It is inappropriate to issue mandamus at such an early point of time. Hence, the writ petitions being premature are rejected.
4. The learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
