Heard Sri Gaurav Kakkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 872 of 2018, under Sections 304, 337, 338, 285, 287 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Shahar, District Bijnor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also filed a withdrawal application which is taken on record. Office is directed to allot regular number to the said application.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed without any further liberty.
