ORDER Mr. Venkatesh S. Arabatti, the learned counsel is directed to take notice for the respondent.
2. Petitioner has sought for a direction to pronounce the judgment in Spl. Case No.*4/2010. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter is relating to filing of FIR on 02.06.2006. It was submitted that the matter was heard and reserved for judgment on 30.11.2018 and it was not pronounced. In the meanwhile, the Presiding Officer, who heard the matter was transferred on 08.01.2019.
3. The present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned Presiding Officer to pronounce the judgment within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
