This Writ Appeal is filed under Section 4 of the High Court Act, praying to set aside the order passed in Writ Petition No.7923/17 dated 28/2/17.
This appeal coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Chief Justice delivered the following:

JUDGMENT The appeal is barred by limitation. The delay is of 7 2. As prayed for by the learned advocate for the appellants, the appeal is taken up for preliminary hearing.
3. This is an appeal against the interim order passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge.
4. We are not inclined to interfere against such interim order, when His Lordship was of the opinion that for the aid of the main relief, an interim protection is needed.
5. The application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal is, also, dismissed.
6. However, we take this opportunity to request the Hon’ble Single Judge to dispose of the writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, subject to His Lordship’s convenience.
7. We make no order as to costs.
