Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 02.09.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 6836 of 2020 ( Sri Krishna Kumar Vs. U.P. Jal Nigam and others).
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
