This petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No.30/2006 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku.
2. None appeared for the petitioners.
3. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. He submitted that according to proceedings received from the concerned police, accused are acquitted on 16-09-2013.
5. I have perused the proceedings copy, according to which, the Court, after examining eight witnesses, acquitted the accused under Section 248 (1) Cr.P.C.
6. In view of the disposal of the main case, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
