She submits that the complaint of the petitioner is placed on the board meeting on 07.11.2014 for taking a decision.
In that view of the matter, we do not propose to pass any order in this writ petition. Let a decision be taken by the Pollution Control Board – 8th respondent in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
