Namitha Mahesh, HCGP) … Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.156/2018 of Basavapatna Police Station, Davanagere District, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 354-B, 307, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) (x) (xi) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, he submits that he will not press the petition and he will go and surrender and apply for regular bail.
The said submission has been placed on record and dismiss the petition as withdrawn with liberty to approach the trial Court for regular bail after surrender.
If the accused surrender before the Court, the Court below is directed to expedite the bail application expeditiously.
