Heard Sri Mahendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel, on behalf of State-respondents.
The prayer made in the instant petition by defendant of Original Suit No. 2053 of 2018 is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the matter relating to temporary injunction within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is fixing dates for disposal of application 47-Ga. The application for temporary injunction Paper No. 6-Ga is still pending consideration.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application 6-Ga expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
