O R D E R Heard Sri S.B.Todad, learned Advocate appearing for petitioners and Sri Rachaiah, learned HCGP appearing for respondent-State.
2. Petitioners who have been facing prosecution for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 are before this Court for quashing of said proceedings.
3. Having regard to the charge sheet material and the allegations made in the complaint which discloses offences alleged against petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that it is not a fit case where interference is called for exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction. No good grounds are made out to entertain the petition. Accordingly, it stands rejected.
