Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dharmendra Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rohan Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The allegation in this petition for writ is that respondent no.4 has made encroachment on a public land and constructed a Nursing Home thereon.
The cause sought to be agitated in this petition for writ can very well be agitated by the petitioner before the body that is maintaining the park concerned.
In view of it, the writ petition is disposed of by keeping the petitioner at liberty to approach the authority competent to take appropriate steps in the matter, if any encroachment exists provided the petitioner submits a representation along with a certified copy of this order before him within a period of four weeks from today.
