This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated:28.01.2019 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.513/2019 at Annexure-A and the impugned order dated:27.10.2018 passed by the Respondent No.2 at Annexure-A22 in Annexure-B, with all consequential benefits.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, NAGARATHNA J., made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is needless to observe that despite withdrawal of this writ petition, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the statutory appellate authority, if so advised.
