The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he does not seek to press the writ petition, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of G.O.(Ms) No.18, Housing and Urban Development (UD1) Department, dated 08.02.2016 and G.O.(Ms) No.43, Housing and Urban Development (UD1) Department, dated 27.02.2016. Endorsement has been made.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2012 are closed.
