The petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition on Sri S.K. Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 today itself.
The petitioner is claiming interest since 2002. What is the interest being claimed has not been indicated in the relief.
Counsel for the petitioner states that certain retiral dues have not been paid to him. However, there is no relief to that effect.
Counsel for the petitioner prays and is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
