THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO CALL FOR RELVANT RECORDS PENDING ON THE FILE OF THE R-3 BANK PERTAINING TO THE LOAN A/C.LR.NO.2196/42431930/001 DTD:10.10.2017 ISSUED BY THE R-3 BANK AS PER ANNEXURE-D & ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 03.10.2017 submitted by the petitioner for extension of sick industry benefits, rehabilitation benefits and moratorium benefits contained in Annexure C and also representation dated 16.10.2017 contained in Annexure E and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
