Heard counsel for the parties.
These bunch of cases had come up earlier before the 19.09.2018, when the following order was passed :-
"In these revisions, it has been stated that the further proceedings before the trial Court are held up on account of the interim order granted by this Court and in case this interim order is suitably modified, the suits themselves may be decided on the basis of a compromise.
Accordingly, the interim orders are vacated, so that the pending applications in the suits, be decided on their merits.
List these revisions after a month peremptorily on which date counsel for the parties shall inform the Court about the outcome of the pending applications and as to whether the revisions are surviving or need to be dismissed as infructuous."
Today on the matter being called out, it has been submitted that the proceedings before the Court below are going on.
Under the circumstances, these revisions are disposed of directing the trial court to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
