(No representation) ….Respondents This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 18 of the Small Cause Courts Act, against the Judgment and Decree dated 25.11.2015 passed in S.C.No.629/2015 on the file of the XVI Addl. Judge Court of Small Causes, Bangalore, partly decreeing the suit for ejectment.
This Civil Revision Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This Revision Petition is filed on 02.01.2017 against the judgment and decree dated 25.11.2015 in S.C. No.629/2015 wherein the petitioner was directed to quit, vacate and deliver the vacant possession of the schedule premises.
On scrutiny office had raised objections. The petitioner was given time to comply with office objection on 14.08.2017, 28.02.2018, 04.06.2018, 01.03.2019 and finally on 27.09.2019, wherein it was observed failing which list this matter for dismissal.
Accordingly, the matter is listed today. There is no representation for the petitioner. Office objections are not complied with. Hence, revision petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
