Judgment: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar)
The appellant is the unsuccessful petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9729 of 2014. He is in appeal against the order dated 21.4.2014 dismissing the said writ petition.
By the order under appeal, the learned Single Judge left it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies under law. It is however noticed from the record that the petitioner has already submitted an application to the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor, on 25.12.2013 wherein he stated that the Sub-Inspector of Police has not taken proper and necessary action upon his complaint. In the event the said representation to the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor, has not been acted upon, there shall be a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor, to look into the same and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law.
With the above observations the writ appeal is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
