2. Heard the submission of learned counsel for the appellant regarding office objections on maintainability.

Since, the office objection is sustainable, the criminal appeal is rejected as not maintainable, however, reserving liberty to the appellant to prefer the criminal revision petition, if the appellant feels so and filing of the said criminal revision petition within three weeks from today, in which case, the time taken in not pursuing this appeal, may be considered in condoning the delay, if required.
