ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, Sri K.Chandrashekar Achar, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner.
2. The memo is taken on record.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
4. Any application filed for exclusion of time spent before the wrong authority shall be considered by the Deputy Commissioner and pass orders, in accordance with law.
