(By Sri.R.D.Renukaradhya, HCGP) ...Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the order dated Nil passed by the X ACMM, Mayo Hall at Bangalore in C.C.No.54216/2014, taking cognizance and issue of summons to the petitioner as accused No.6 For the offence P/U/S 447, 427, 506B, 504, 323 of IPC returnable by the 19.11.2014 and thus allow this petition.
This Criminal Petition coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER It is seen that on 05.04.2019, finally two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. On 07.08.2019, two weeks time was peremptorily granted to comply with the office objections. Though the time was granted, the office objections have not been complied till today. Hence, the matter is listed specifically today with peremptory order.
There is no representation for the petitioner today.
The petition stands dismissed.
