ORDER The petitioners seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no.1 to consider the applications dated 04.08.2006, 14.06.2007 and 19.09.2013, vide Annexures – A, B and C, respectively.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent no.1 is directed to consider the application dated 04.08.2006, 14.06.2007 and 19.09.2013, vide Annexures – A, B and C, respectively, provided it is within time, authentic and accompanied by all relevant documents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
