… PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC against the order dated 20.11.2018 passed in M.A.No.4/2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM., Chickaballapur, allowing the appeal and setting aside the order dated 21.12.2013 passed in Ex.No.7/1995 on the file of the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC., Chickballapur, allowing the application filed under Order 21 Rule 89, 90 and 92 read with Section 151 of CPC and filed under Order 21 Rule 54 (2) and 64 of CPC and filed under Rule 138 and 139 of CPC.
This Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to convert the Civil Revision Petition into Writ Petition. His submission is placed on record.
Petitioner is permitted to convert the revision petition into Writ Petition.
