Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.5469/2015 on the file of the XVIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru.
2. It is verified from the High Court website that proceedings in C.C.No.5469/2015 on the file of the XVIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru have ended in settlement before the Lok Adalath on 8.01.2016. Having regard to the above development, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
